We are seeking a professional with excellent technical support skills to join our team.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing expert-level technical support to customers and partners.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in customer-facing technical support, with expertise in remote access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, authentication protocols, and firewall central management systems.

The ideal candidate will be able to independently debug broad, complex, and unique networks with mixed media and protocols required.

  • Technical Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners via various communication channels.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers for further assistance.
  • Analyze customer issues and provide resolutions or recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • More than 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience.
  • Expertise with remote access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, authentication protocols, and firewall central management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with Windows, Linux, and MAC OS.
  • Knowledge of security services, such as IDS/IPS and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, and Fortinet products.
