Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Document and maintain accurate records of support interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional technical troubleshooting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with enterprise applications and third-party tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional technical troubleshooting experience
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems (macOS, Windows, Linux) and mobile devices (iOS, Android)
