We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role involves working closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, leveraging troubleshooting tools and best practices to ensure prompt and effective resolutions.
In addition to providing top-notch support, the successful candidate will also be responsible for developing their technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support experiences
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services
- Contribute to product/process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong understanding of Windows System Administration, including registry, file storage, user accounts, event logs, performance monitoring, networking (TCP/IP), and more
- Experience with failover clustering, resilient storage technology, server management tools, Hyper-V management, network tracing, and analysis
- Azure fundamentals with experience in resource deployment using ARM templates, bicep, etc.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
