About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled Growth Manager to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the B2B segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and customer outreach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
