Job Role: Sales Director (International Business Development)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets, focusing on acquiring new logos in the finance and accounting market, prioritizing high-value accounts that deliver substantial growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Lead Generation: Create and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified leads, negotiating and closing deals with high-value clients, building strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve sales performance, overseeing sales forecasting and budgeting for the team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in B2B International sales.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.

Work Arrangement:

  • The job is located in Mumbai/Pune/Gandhinagar.
  • The work timings are as follows: AU (5:30 am-2:30 pm IST), UK (12:30 pm-9:30 pm IST), US (5:30 pm-2:30 am IST).
  • The work model is full-time.

Estimated Salary: ₹2,400,000 - ₹3,600,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
