We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an International Business Development Specialist in Gurugram. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires exceptional communication, business acumen, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with senior executives and CXOs at prospect companies, demonstrating how KNR adds value to their businesses.
  • Develop new business opportunities for Executive Search, Talent Mapping, and Interim Solutions.
  • Create a robust pipeline industry-wise, focusing on meetings with prospects from India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Africa, and Europe.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with Senior Executives, including VP's, Heads, and Directors of HR.
  • Manage large global key accounts, taking P&L responsibility.
  • Provide insightful client research and industry-specific information proactively.
  • Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and feedback calls.
  • Update and create tailored client proposals, negotiating deals effectively.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
