Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead the Oncology product portfolio across hospitals in defined geographies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing stakeholder relationships, and scaling up the team as the business expands.
Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Drive sales across hospitals (B2B/B2C) and achieve targets within the given timeframe.
- New Market Development: Identify and develop new markets for Oncology products by collaborating with OEMs, Indian and MNC companies.
- Team Leadership: Lead the geographical expansion of the category outside Bangalore and manage a team of sales professionals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Educational Qualification: Any degree and Master's in Sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Oncology, immunology, or transplant.
- Customer Relationship Management: Extensive experience in all aspects of CRM.
- Travel and Adaptability: Willingness to travel and take up additional responsibilities.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, organization, and presentation skills.
- Negotiation and Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications, sales databases, and web applications.
