About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of IT Sales to drive our sales initiatives and expand our client base at MERNPLUS. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and drive revenue growth in IT staff augmentation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture that prioritizes collaboration and achievement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to inform sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable for the organization while meeting client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on service offerings and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Master's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on staff augmentation or professional services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a sales team.
