Sales Territory Manager

Rock-it Superfoods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned territory, handling General Trade or Beverages categories, and developing key clients for business excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop key clients for business growth and target accomplishment
- Monthly sales planning and forecasting, taking into account shelf life
- Channel management and cost management
- Allocate manpower in different areas depending on individual capabilities
- Mentor, motivate, and guide team members to achieve sales and business targets
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Requirements
Experience in sales, ideally in FMCG/beverage management. Manage General Trade, Distributor Sales, Primary & Secondary Sales. Serve as the point of contact for existing and potential customers within your assigned territory. Identify local business opportunities and address challenges. Present our products and services to prospective customers. Work closely with sales teams to achieve individual and group sales targets. Provide product solutions based on customer needs and cross-sell when appropriate. Proficient in sales tracking/reporting tools. Self-driven with a strong commitment to targets.
