Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Manager at AccorHotel, you will play a key role in achieving daily targeted sales goals and developing business leads for the hotel. Key responsibilities include:
Primary Responsibilities- Achieving Daily Sales Targets: Monitor and achieve daily targeted sales calls with effectiveness
- Developing Business Leads: Identify and develop business leads for the hotel on a weekly basis
- Monthly Account Planning: Prepare a monthly list of accounts to penetrate for the following month
- Sales Meetings and Inspections: Plan a minimum of 2 site inspections/entertainment meetings per week to qualified potential accounts or new accounts
- Action Plan for Market Segment: Prepare a monthly action plan for the main market segment
- Account Review and Analysis: Perform a monthly review of account profile on room nights production and average rate
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' rate strategy, account penetration, and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Account Management: Fully responsible for accounts under his/her management, including contracting, updating profile, and renewing contracts
- VIP Arrivals and Meet-and-Greet: Update management on VIP arrivals and meet and greet accordingly
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Upsell, cross-sell, and promote hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue
- Negotiations and Profit Maximization: Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the hotel
- Networking and Community Events: Attend hotel clients and local community business events to network and maintain high visibility
- Market Trends and Business Leads: Update the Director of Sales & Marketing on market trends and business leads
- Team Recruitment and Development: Interview, select, and recruit direct reports
- Team Potential Identification: Identify and develop team members with potential
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews with the team
- Team Monitoring and Development: Constantly monitor team members' appearance, attitude, and degree of professionalism
- Staff Training Programs: Develop, conduct, and maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs and providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business
- Attendance and Meetings: Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management
- Personal Appearance and Hygiene: Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Fire and Emergency Procedures: Be aware of the hotel's fire and life safety/emergency procedures
- Additional Duties: Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Events Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
