Head of D2C - Leadership Role with high ESOP'sReporting to - FounderAbout the JobOwn the end-to-end customer experience, acquisition and conversion funnel for www.eatbetterco.com. You will work on providing best-in-class D2C customer experience & own the P&L for this channel.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Acquisition and Retention on the D2C channel. If you are skilled in CPC marketing and marketplace marketing, we can also discuss you managing Q Comm ads and Marketplace ads.Own Product Roadmap for the D2C Website: Prioritize features and improvements based on data, customer insights, and business needs.Own Tech Deployment: Work with developers at tech agency and/or in-house team to ship out new and existing features, and manage integrations across the e-commerce funnel.Own Website Performance: Ensure a mobile-first, fast-loading experience across devices while maintaining overall stability of the product and growing traffic.Own Customer Journey & UX: Continuously improve website usability by analyzing heatmaps, user flows, and session recordings.Collaborate with growth and performance marketing teams to improve landing pages, reduce bounce rate, and increase conversion rate.Outside In Knowledge: Keep up with what’s new in e-commerce best practices, competition benchmarking, and emerging technologies.Required Skills and QualificationMust HaveFamiliarity with e-commerce tech stacks such as Shopify.Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools.Basic understanding of UI/UX best practices for e-commerce.Technical Acumen: Ability to work with Shopify apps & familiarity with the platform is a must.Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Ability to do deep thinking independently and to do execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.A good understanding of Meta Ads & Google AdsAbout usWe want to help people make healthy food choices without compromising on taste.
