Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystem, digital marketing, and marketplace management. Experience in retail/furniture/home décor categories preferred. Proven track record of P&L management and digital revenue growth. Analytical and data-driven decision making. Leadership and stakeholder management at CXO levels. Experience in handling large-scale omnichannel models. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors / MBA/PGDM in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. 8 to 10 years of relevant e-commerce leadership experience in retail, lifestyle, furniture, or consumer brands. Experience working in large-format retail brands or D2C business models.
