You’d be joining a young, hungry team with a culture of honesty, humility, & hard work. Role Overview: The Online Store Head will be responsible for overseeing the app and web ecommerce platforms for Kapiva, driving D2C revenue through conversion and AOV initiatives, while ensuring seamless user experiences Key Responsibilities: Conversion Rate and AOV optimization: Support the revenue charter through conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, with a continuous experiment mindset Implement cross-sell and upsell strategies to improve AOV, leveraging customer data and behavioural insights Liaise with product and design teams to drive customer delight across touchpoints Identify the key features to be developed on App based on consumer Insights and company objectives Merchandising & Pricing: Own the store merchandising, including search and navigation content, display banners, category and product description pages and campaign communications Personalize store layout and content based on user leveraging past purchase history to drive relevance Keep the store up to date with new launches and updates in coordination with marketing and tech teams Own the pricing and offer configuration and communication during BaU and campaign days, ensuring pricing guardrails are met at all times Experience: Total 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce / D2C / other ConsumerTech, with a minimum 2 years in product marketing / operations, store merchandising, CRO specialist teams or other related fields. Skills needed: Practical understanding of product/tech operations in context of eCommerce Demonstrated customer journey thinking with ability to balance CX and conversion Data-driven and continuous experimentation-mindset Familiarity with eCommerce plugins, product analytics & product experimentation tools Ability to lead a small team of executives, giving direction & ensuring quality outcomes Self-starter and a strong problem solver
