You’d be joining a young, hungry team with a culture of honesty, humility, & hard work.Role Overview: The Online Store Head will be responsible for overseeing the app and web ecommerce platforms for Kapiva, driving D2C revenue through conversion and AOV initiatives, while ensuring seamless user experiencesKey Responsibilities:Conversion Rate and AOV optimization:Support the revenue charter through conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, with a continuous experiment mindsetImplement cross-sell and upsell strategies to improve AOV, leveraging customer data and behavioural insightsLiaise with product and design teams to drive customer delight across touchpointsIdentify the key features to be developed on App based on consumer Insights and company objectivesMerchandising & Pricing:Own the store merchandising, including search and navigation content, display banners, category and product description pages and campaign communicationsPersonalize store layout and content based on user leveraging past purchase history to drive relevance Keep the store up to date with new launches and updates in coordination with marketing and tech teamsOwn the pricing and offer configuration and communication during BaU and campaign days, ensuring pricing guardrails are met at all timesExperience:Total 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce / D2C / other ConsumerTech, with a minimum 2 years in product marketing / operations, store merchandising, CRO specialist teams or other related fields.Skills needed:Practical understanding of product/tech operations in context of eCommerceDemonstrated customer journey thinking with ability to balance CX and conversionData-driven and continuous experimentation-mindsetFamiliarity with eCommerce plugins, product analytics & product experimentation toolsAbility to lead a small team of executives, giving direction & ensuring quality outcomesSelf-starter and a strong problem solver
