It operates in the Internet sector and is committed to fostering an environment that encourages operational efficiency and innovation.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement procurement strategies to optimise costs and ensure quality standards.Oversee supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain goals with organisational objectives.Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favourable terms and long-term partnerships.Manage logistics end to end and focus on warehouse management as wellDrive process improvements and adopt technology to enhance operational efficiency.The Successful ApplicantA successful Operations Head should have:Proven expertise in procurement, logstics, wharehouse management and supply chain managementStrong leadership and decision-making skills to manage teams and complex operations.Experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the Internet sector.Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
