Job Description Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise costs and ensure quality standards. Oversee supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain goals with organisational objectives. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favourable terms and long-term partnerships. Manage logistics end to end and focus on warehouse management as well Drive process improvements and adopt technology to enhance operational efficiency. The Successful Applicant A successful Operations Head should have: Proven expertise in procurement, logstics, wharehouse management and supply chain management Strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage teams and complex operations. Experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management. Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the Internet sector. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
