We’re now looking for a dynamic Operations Head to help us scale this ecosystem — someone who can combine structure with creativity, precision with empathy, and growth with integrity. Your Role: You’ll oversee and optimize operations across our café, retail, and supply chain verticals — ensuring every process reflects The Fresh Factory’s promise of quality, consistency, and excellence. This is a strategic leadership role that involves: Leading day-to-day operations across multiple business units (Café, StockRoom Retail, Kitchen, Warehouse) Designing systems and SOPs that support scalability and operational efficiency Working closely with department heads — Finance, HR, Purchase, Marketing, and Kitchen — to align goals and performance metrics Managing budgets, cost efficiency, and vendor partnerships Driving accountability, team culture, and continuous improvement Supporting new store openings and operational readiness for The Fresh Factory Bangalore and future expansion projects You Are: A seasoned operations leader with 8–15 years of experience (F&B / Retail / Hospitality preferred) Obsessed with clean, structured systems and exceptional customer experience A strategic thinker who can execute with precision Experienced in multi-unit operations, vendor management, and team leadership Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving brand that values creativity and excellence in equal measure Why Join Us: You’ll be part of a movement that’s changing how India eats and shops — building a brand ecosystem that’s honest, modern, and built to scale nationally.
