As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you'll focus on achieving ambitious revenue targets, identifying and entering new markets, and developing tailored GTM strategies. Alongside building strategic partnerships, you'll lead a high-performing sales team to execute plans and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth and Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive aggressive revenue growth and acquire high-value accounts.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify untapped opportunities and emerging trends.
- Lead entry into new markets, designing sales approaches that address client needs and industry demands.
2. GTM Strategy Development and Execution:
- Create and execute customized GTM strategies targeting diverse customer segments.
- Define value propositions, craft impactful pitches, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market expectations.
3. Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic alliances to expand market reach and unlock new opportunities.
- Develop and deliver tailored MarTech solutions in collaboration with key partners.
4. Sales Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance metrics, and provide actionable coaching and feedback.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
5. Market Insights and Innovation:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive strategies, and emerging technologies to guide sales initiatives.
- Leverage data and insights to refine sales plans, optimize pipelines, and enhance conversion rates.
What You Bring
- Experience: 8+ years in senior sales roles with a focus on market expansion, GTM strategies, and leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to craft and execute strategies that drive growth and market entry.
- Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, enterprise sales dynamics, and scaling businesses.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.

- Communication: Exceptional skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation.
