This is a unique opportunity to work with a young, enthusiastic team, own your department, and contribute directly to a platform that is driving a high impact for over 100,000 businesses globally.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.- Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with key enterprise accounts.- Engage in detailed product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of AiSensy's WhatsApp Engagement Platform.- Understand and anticipate customer needs, requirements, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns targeting enterprise clients.- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining AiSensy's values and customer satisfaction.- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.- Represent AiSensy at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and forge strategic partnerships.- Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of AiSensy's offerings.- Meet or exceed annual sales targets while aligning with AiSensy's strategic objectives.- Provide regular reports to the management team on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market insights.- Foster a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles with a consultative sales approach.Required Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Experience in SaaS or B2B sales.- Strong negotiation and communication skills.- The ability to manage a complex sales cycle from prospecting to closing.- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
