The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, ensuring SOP compliance, and driving continuous improvement across teams. Key Responsibilities - Develop and conduct training programs for property and operations teams. - Perform regular quality audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and service benchmarks. - Identify performance gaps and create action plans to resolve them. - Collaborate with operations and HR to implement process improvements. - Maintain detailed records of training sessions, feedback, and audit reports. - Support new property launches by training teams and ensuring readiness. Requirements - 37 years of experience in training, quality, or operations management. - Background in hospitality, co-living, or facility management preferred. - Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills. - Proven experience in creating and enforcing SOPs. - Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
