Role Summary We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Sales Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation, closing deals, and maintaining strong client engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record in sales conversion and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities - Proactively call and engage leads to generate new sales opportunities. - Effectively close deals and convert prospects into satisfied customers. - Generate consistent revenue growth by identifying and pursuing client needs. - Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients through excellent engagement and follow-up. - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. - Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. - Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. - Stay informed on product features, technical specifications, and market trends to address client queries confidently. Required Skills and Experience - Immediate joiner with strong sales capability. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Attentive with great attention to detail. - Demonstrated skills in closing deals, sales conversion, lead calling, revenue generation, and client engagement. - Technically strong, with ability to understand and explain complex solutions. - Experience: 2 to 4 years in a sales role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a strong plus. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, driven by results.
