Job Title Inside Sales - US Shift IT Services 2-3 Yrs Experience 2 - 3 YearsLocation BangaloreEmployment Type Full-TimeCompany OverviewJoin a dynamic and growing team at the forefront of theIT services sector We deliver high-quality high-value products consulting and support services - all in a single integrated package Committed toinnovation client success and operational excellence we provide 24 7 support to ensure seamless service delivery and rapid resolution of any challenges About the RoleWe are seeking a Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience in IT services sales to drive revenue growth acquire new clients and manage key relationships This role will primarily focus on the US market and hence requires flexibility to work during US business hoursKey Responsibilities- Identify and target potential clients across the US IT services market including SMBs and enterprise organizations - Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and trust-building - Conduct virtual meetings demos and presentations to promote IT offerings such as software development cloud solutions managed services and IT consulting - Understand client pain points and propose tailored technology solutions aligned with their needs - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed business goals Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements in line with company policies - Collaborate closely with internal teams - technical marketing and operations to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction - Track industry trends emerging technologies and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - Prepare regular reports forecasts and pipeline updates for management - Represent the company at virtual networking events conferences and webinars to build brand awareness and generate qualifi ed leads Requirements- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related fi eld- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the IT services industry- Strong understanding of IT service offerings such as software development cloud services and managed IT solutions - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently - Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skill - Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders - Highly motivated results-driven and able to work independently under minimal supervision - Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools- Willingness to work during- US business hours ref updazz com
