About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with experience in IT services sales. This role will focus on generating business across the US, Middle East, India, and UAE regions. The candidate must be comfortable working in the US shift and flexible enough to coordinate with clients in other regions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients across the US, Middle East, India, and UAE IT services markets.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations for IT services including software development, cloud, managed services, and consulting.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Negotiate pricing, proposals, and service contracts.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track market trends and competitor activity across all regions.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Represent the company at virtual events, webinars, and networking sessions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT services sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of software development, cloud, and managed IT services.
• Experience handling international markets (US, Middle East, India, UAE) is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Willingness to work in the US shift.
