Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Bengaluru South. The key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular communication with prospective and current clients, providing product information, identifying their needs, and negotiating contracts. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support the growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
- Negotiation and Persuasion: Proven experience in handling negotiations and gaining customer buy-in.
- Presentation and Interpersonal Skills: Strong presentation and organizational abilities, along with impeccable interpersonal skills.
- Self-Motivated and Target-Driven: Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles is beneficial, particularly in the technology or e-commerce industries.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
