Ferilion Labs Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Brookfield, Bangalore. The Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate and qualify leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication.
- Understand and present our products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Immediate availability for joining.
Compensation:
The compensation package for this role will be as per market standards and will include a competitive base salary along with attractive performance-based incentives.
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
