The role is centered on building client relationships, driving sales, and expanding business opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Engage directly with domestic and international clients hiring remote IT professionals (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.) with resources based in India. - Build and nurture long-term consultative relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers. - Drive outbound sales through LinkedIn, emails, and calls to generate qualified leads and book meetings. - Understand client requirements including skillsets, engagement models, project timelines, and team size. - Effectively present available talent across technologies, highlighting the value they bring to client projects. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client coordination. - Maintain an updated sales pipeline and document client interactions in CRM tools. - Apply solution-selling techniques to address client needs with tailored IT staffing solutions. Must-Have Qualifications - 2-4 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT services or staff augmentation (domestic or international). - Strong understanding of technology roles and client needs. - Experience in selling IT services, remote developer services, or contract staffing solutions. - Proven success in consultative sales, client engagement, and revenue growth. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
