We are looking for a proactive Client Servicing & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.


🔑 Key Responsibilities


Client Servicing:

✔️ Act as the primary point of contact for clients

✔️ Understand client requirements & coordinate with internal teams (design, content, ads, tech)

✔️ Build & maintain strong client relationships

✔️ Track project performance, prepare reports & present results

✔️ Handle client escalations smoothly


Business Development:

✔️ Identify & generate new business opportunities

✔️ Research potential clients, pitch services & prepare proposals

✔️ Follow up on leads & convert prospects

✔️ Collaborate with management to achieve targets

✔️ Stay updated with digital marketing trends


✅ Requirements:


MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications (or related)


2–3 yrs experience in client servicing, account management, or business development (preferably in a digital marketing agency)


Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills


Good understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Content, Web Dev.)


Ability to multitask & manage multiple accounts


Self-motivated, target-driven & a team player
