Job Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Software Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities - Lead and motivate a team of software sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. - Develop, implement, and oversee effective sales strategies and processes for software products. - Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics as necessary. - Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to team members, fostering high performance. - Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with organizational goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, handling escalated customer issues promptly. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives as needed. Pre-Requsities: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in software sales, with prior leadership or team management responsibility. - Strong understanding of CRM tools and software sales cycles, preferably including SaaS experience. - Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Skills: - Strong leadership and motivational abilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. - Proficiency with CRM and analytics software, such as Salesforce.
