This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to maintain operational efficiency and team motivation in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Track KPIs and ensure consistent performance delivery.- Conduct coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews.- Manage attendance, schedules, and adherence to company policies.- Identify skill gaps and collaborate with HR & Training teams for development.- Handle customer escalations to ensure quick resolution and satisfaction.- Prepare and present team performance reports to management.- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.Skills & Competencies- Proven leadership and team-management experience- Strong decision-making and analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM/reporting tools- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressureQualifications & Experience- Bachelor's Degree (UG required)- Minimum 4 years of total experience, including 2+ years in a Team Leader / Supervisory role within International Outbound Sales- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targetsPerformance Metrics- Team productivity and sales achievement- Quality and accuracy of deliverables- Employee engagement and retention rate- Process compliance and operational efficiencyWhy Join Mergen InfotechAt Mergen Infotech Pvt Ltd, we value innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
