Role OverviewAs a Team Leader, you’ll oversee daily operations, guide a dynamic team, and ensure delivery on performance targets. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to maintain operational efficiency and team motivation in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Track KPIs and ensure consistent performance delivery.Conduct coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews.Manage attendance, schedules, and adherence to company policies.Identify skill gaps and collaborate with HR & Training teams for development.Handle customer escalations to ensure quick resolution and satisfaction.Prepare and present team performance reports to management.Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.Skills & CompetenciesProven leadership and team-management experienceStrong decision-making and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM/reporting toolsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree (UG required)Minimum 4 years of total experience, including 2+ years in a Team Leader / Supervisory role within International Outbound SalesDemonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targetsPerformance MetricsTeam productivity and sales achievementQuality and accuracy of deliverablesEmployee engagement and retention rateProcess compliance and operational efficiencyWhy Join Mergen InfotechAt Mergen Infotech Pvt Ltd, we value innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
