We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO for Sales & Marketing / Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and developing effective business strategies. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and lead teams, build strong client relationships, and navigate the competitive landscape in India.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives and enhance overall performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance to the board of directors.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing and managing budgets for sales and marketing activities.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
