Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales processes, and conducting market research. The key products will be UPS, Inverters and Lithium Ion Batteries for Storage application, and for critical applications like Oil and Gas, Defence, Data Centres etc. They will also work on developing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management
- Experience in analyzing market trends and conducting market research
- Proficiency in strategic planning and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the UPS, Stabilizer industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
