Job Title Business Development ManagerLocation Bangalore Tamil NaduJob Type Full-Time- RemoteExperience 3 YearsIndustry Staffing and Recruitment Domestic US Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and staffing Domestic and or US with proven expertise in client acquisition business growth and IT Non-IT staffing The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset to drive business success across diverse markets Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire new clients in both IT and Non-IT domains across domestic and US markets - Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients - Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client needs with talent acquisition strategies - Generate leads through various channels including cold calling networking referrals and online platforms - Understand client requirements and provide customized staffing solutions - Negotiate and close business deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction - Stay updated with industry trends market intelligence and competitor activities - Prepare reports and forecasts to track business performance Key Skills Qualifications - Proven experience in Business Development within the staffing and recruitment sector and IT Sales- Strong knowledge and experience in Domestic and US recruitment - Demonstrated success in client acquisition and relationship management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to acquire clients across IT and Non-IT verticals - Experience in acquiring US clients is a strong advantage - Goal-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and ownership - Bachelor s degree or equivalent MBA is a plus ref updazz com
