- B2B Sales Executive Sales Lead Field Sales - Position B2B Sales Executive Sales Lead- Department Sales Business Development- Location Bangalore- Reports To Sales Manager Regional Sales HeadRole Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executive Sales Lead to drive field sales for our business The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients building strong relationships and achieving sales targets The Sales Lead will also guide and support junior sales executives in achieving team goals Key ResponsibilitiesFor Sales Executive Entry Mid-level - Identify and generate new B2B client leads through field visits cold calls and referrals - Present and promote company products services to potential customers - Negotiate contracts close sales and achieve assigned targets - Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client details - Build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction - Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for seamless delivery For Sales Lead Senior - Lead a small team of sales executives and guide them in achieving monthly targets - Develop sales strategies to expand the customer base and market reach - Conduct regular field visits with the team to mentor and coach - Review and analyze sales performance reporting to Sales Manager - Handle key account negotiations and close high-value deals - Ensure adherence to company sales processes and reporting systems Key Skills Competencies - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proven ability in B2B field sales - Relationship-building and client management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Target-driven with strong problem-solving ability - For Sales Lead Leadership skills and experience in team handling Qualification Experience - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred - Sales Executive 0-2 years of experience in field sales freshers with good communication may apply - Sales Lead 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience preferably with team-handling exposure - Experience in FMCG beverages packaged goods or similar industries will be an added advantage Performance Metrics KPIs - Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement - Number of new clients acquired - Revenue generated from new and existing accounts - Client retention and satisfaction levels - For Sales Lead Team performance and achievement of collective targets ref updazz com
