Our client Our client a leading Insurtech startup specializes in providing innovative and comprehensive employee benefits solutions offering a range of customizable packages tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses through their tech-first platform They are backed by leading global investors and are on their scale up stage Title Account Executive - Corporate WellnessLocation Bangalore Work from Office Education Graduate any discipline Experience Minimum 2 years in B2B Healthcare Sales Corporate WellnessWorking Days 5 days a weekRole Responsibilities- As an Account Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying engaging and closing new business opportunities Your responsibilities will include - Engaging with prospective clients to understand their unique employee wellness needs - Driving solution selling by building strong customized business cases - Positioning and championing the company s value proposition to stakeholders - Building strong relationships with HR CXO and decision-makers across organizations - Providing structured actionable feedback to the product team to enhance offerings - Consistently exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets - Enterprise b2b sales account management handling retention renewals cross-selling and upselling healthcare solutions such as annual health checkups Core Requirements - Proven track record Minimum 2 years in B2B sales preferably in healthcare wellness annual health checkups or related domains - Strong communication influencing skills Ability to engage decision-makers negotiate effectively and close deals - Target orientation History of achieving and exceeding sales goals - Problem-solving mindset Ability to approach challenges in a structured persistent manner - Domain passion Genuine interest in wellness-tech healthcare and employee wellbeing ref updazz com
