About the Client Our client is a premium brand in the high-end cycling industry catering to a niche community that values customized durable framesets and performance-driven components With a strong digital footprint and an engaged community the company stands out through its customer-centric and community-focused marketing approach - Position B2B Sales Executive- Location Bangalore- Experience Minimum 3 years in B2B sales automotive or related sectors preferred - Qualification Bachelor s degree in Business Sales or a relevant disciplineRole Overview The B2B Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding and nurturing relationships with retail dealers and institutional clients to drive consistent and large-volume sales The position involves end-to-end B2B lifecycle management from prospecting and onboarding to order coordination and after-sales partner support within the motorcycle accessories category Key Responsibilities - Identify approach and onboard new channel partners dealers and institutional customers - Maintain strong ongoing communication with all B2B stakeholders to ensure high engagement - Prepare and deliver compelling product pitches presentations and sales proposals - Manage and coordinate bulk orders ensuring seamless and timely execution - Track dealer performance support them in meeting sales targets and suggest improvements - Maintain accurate CRM entries and manage the complete B2B sales funnel - Represent the brand at dealer events trade exhibitions and promotional roadshows - Work closely with the marketing team to create dealer-focused promotional initiatives Requirements - Strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities - Proficiency in Excel CRM platforms and sales reporting tools - Knowledge of the premium motorcycle ecosystem is a significant plus Preferred Attributes - Highly driven and result-oriented - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical mindset with a focus on meeting targets - Ability to manage multiple dealer accounts efficiently - Collaborative accountable and team-oriented ref updazz com
