Roles and responsibilities - • Customer Engagement: Assist customers in selecting products and provide personalized recommendations. • Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals. • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the jewellery collections to educate and inform customers. • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote complementary products. • Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock display and report low inventory levels. • Customer Support: Address inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience. • Reporting: Provide daily sales updates and insights to the management team.
