Role: Director of Sales - IT Services

Location: Hyderabad

Job description

A successful candidate must be a self-starter and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a highly dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their own sales expertise, along with their leadership skills to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the execution of the sales plan in the US market to meet/exceed sales goals
- Conducting weekly forecasting meeting with business development team that reports to you
- Reporting on sales activity, productivity and forecasting to CEO
- Identify opportunities for sales enablement and training materials and/or programs to aid your team in executing sales processes and quota achievement.
- Recruit, hire, onboard and review the performance of Business Development Managers and Executives on your team
- Coach, mentor and motivate your BDMs on people management and quota achievement
- Establish account relationships with key decision makers when necessary, to drive large deals forward.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Business development & Sales
- 5+ year of team lead or management experience
- Good understanding of Telecom, IT / Cloud Technologies
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
- Experience in tech industry preferred
- Proven record of quota attainment
- Strategic thinker who is good at thinking on their feet
- Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional business acumen, self-starter and results-driven personality
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM, and Outreach.io or similar prospect engagement platform
- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as India Mobile Congress, Mobile World Congress and staff appreciation events.
