We are seeking a Sales Growth Director to join our team at Livspace. In this key position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales funnel to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
- Sales Target Achievement: You will be required to achieve sales targets on projects month on month through a team of 3 to 4 designers.
- Project Management: Target and achieve 12 to 15 projects a month by ensuring new project bookings.
- Customer Experience: Responsible for customer experience and relationship management.
- Train designers to ensure sales enablement and help them achieve their targets.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Education: Bachelor's qualification in B-Arch, B-Tech, Commerce, or any specialisation including MBA (Tier 2).
- Work Experience: 5+ years of work experience in business development and growth.
- Sales Expertise: 3+ years of experience in B2C sales.
