Hi,
Greeting from Nexus lightings,
- Have to Answer phones calls and taking messages and respond to Mails
- Have to Managing scheduling and appointments to clients for technical issues
- Have to Prepare Reports and Documents, such as expense (Petty Cash) reports, memos and invoices
- Have to process the Orders processing & Po creation.
- Have to manage the Staffs and fulfil their needs.
- Reviewing inward documents & Dispatching documents,
- Plan and schedule the delivery dates to clients as Per the ETA from vendors
- Keep active on Whatsapp group and intimate the client every step of their order position.
- Prepare daily Delivery schedule and Time slots for works has to be get completed.
- Experience in Tally software is added advantage.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Arts or its equivalent
- Min 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills

- Saidapet, Chennai
- Work from office
- Mon
- Sat (Sunday Off)
- Salary 14k-15k per month
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
