Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:

  • HumanResources:

    • Assistin recruitment and onboardingprocesses.
    • Maintain HR recordsincluding payroll attendance and quarterly staff and laborappraisals.
    • Execute payrollmanagement and analyze attendance coordinating with departmentheads for any necessary correctiveactions.
    • Prepare and executequarterly appraisaldata.
  • Administration:

    • Issuemonthly purchase orders for consumables for the factory warehouseand office.
    • Negotiate with vendorsfor better prices and credit terms and source new vendors forvarious companyneeds.
  • Logistics:

    • Coordinatewith logistics companies for the movement of export containers andlocal material collection.
    • Negotiatebetter rates and credit terms with logisticpartners.
  • Documentation:

    • Manageall domestic and international salesdocumentation.
    • Handle documentationrelated to annual contracts rental agreements vendor agreements andannual reports for audits and companysecretaries.

EssentialQualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as anadministrative assistant office admin assistant or similarrole.
  • Familiarity with officemanagement systems andprocedures.

Main Responsibilities: Support Recruitment Process: Assist inscheduling interviews. Maintain records of candidate information.Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates. Purchase DepartmentSupport: Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes(GRN) accurately and timely. Assist in sourcing suppliers andobtaining competitive quotations. Maintain purchase records anddocumentation. Database Updating: Update and maintain databases asper instructions from the reporting manager. Ensure data accuracyand integrity. Admin Process Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up onadministrative tasks. Coordinate with various departments to ensuresmooth operations. Assist in resolving administrative issues.Adherence to Company Policy: Ensure compliance with companypolicies and procedures. Uphold ethical standards and integrity inall activities.
