EssentialQualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a relatedfield.
- Proven experience as anadministrative assistant office admin assistant or similarrole.
- Familiarity with officemanagement systems andprocedures.
Main Responsibilities: Support Recruitment Process: Assist inscheduling interviews. Maintain records of candidate information.Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates. Purchase DepartmentSupport: Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes(GRN) accurately and timely. Assist in sourcing suppliers andobtaining competitive quotations.
