Amazon Ads is the digital advertising arm of Amazon and one of our fastest growing businesses. Our ad solutions, including sponsored ads, display, video, and custom ads, leverage Amazon’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, managed service, and programmatic ad buying, these solutions help businesses to build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more.
About the team
Within Amazon Advertising we are the operations team of Partner Enablement. Partner Enablement’s (PE) mission is to drive advertiser success with Amazon Ads through scaled services and solutions that accelerate partner capabilities and growth. We recognize that partners come in different shapes and sizes meeting different advertiser needs; we work backwards from those needs to build solutions that scale as Amazon Ads and partners grow. Our vision is to expand scaled enablement support for all partners, across all Ads products, and all countries. PE ops team executes programs that drive the charter. PE ops scopes and leads projects and programs that enhances PE mission and vision. We dive deeper beyond the anecdotal, identify underlining issues and collaborate with different teams to solve for partner success.
Key job responsibilities
2. Accurately interpret partners’ needs and provide solutions by following the SOP.
3. Meet/exceed the goals of productivity and quality standards.
4. Identify and proactively report operational challenges, explore improvement areas, and recommend changes to processes, SOPs, and partner experiences.
5. Interact with stakeholders and team members to answer questions and resolve issues.
6. Participate and contribute to team meetings.
7. Train and mentor other reviewers.
8. Create standard low-effort Excel reports to track and report on operational performance.
