**Your Role**:
- As a Talent Enablement Programs Partner, you will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition function. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to enable the organization to recruit more efficiently and at a higher pace. Your role will involve a combination of process improvement, facilitating trainings, providing talent intelligence & analysis, & optimizing Recruiting tech & tooling.
- Drive end-to-end global recruiting operations across multiple project workstreams, including but not limited to: Workday & tooling SME, facilitating training workshops, developing talent intelligence reports, and optimizing recruiting workflows
- Scale and evolve our programs to address the changing needs of our roles and teams
- Track and use data to measure the progress, impact, and effectiveness of programs; report results to the team and company
- Assist with creating policy and process documentation (playbooks, meeting documents, agendas, presentations, training aids) and other project tasks
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and talent enablement to drive continuous improvement
- Embed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access (DEIA) principles in all talent processes and programs
**Your Background**:
- B.E/B.Tech/MBA-HR
- Experience 12+Years
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruitment processes
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions
- Digital fluency with Workday, and the emerging HR/TA tech tooling
- Experience with change management and the ability to drive collaboration by building trust and credibility with leaders and individuals across the company
- Experience facilitating training or delivering corporate presentations to large groups of people at various levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to tailor communications for maximum impact based on the audience type and level
- An end-to-end problem solving skill set, from strategizing and structuring a complex project or program through its execution
- Strong Critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
