**About Your Role
**- What will you do:
- Responsible to hire all contractual roles assigned
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their staffing needs
- Plan interviews and selection procedures - including sourcing, screening, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Develop a network of potential future hires
- Negotiate and establish clear terms and conditions with external partners to optimize recruitment outcomes
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with different teams & work on various TA related projects & programs- What you will need:
- At least 1-3 years of work experience hiring for non-technical contract roles in a high quality and high velocity environment. Agency experience (if any) should be over and above this
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to frontend with stakeholders and drive conversations
- Adapt with all the latest technology and trends in the space of recruiting.
- A data driven mindset and proven ability in driving decision making using data.
- Should be good with Ms-Excel, understanding data and creating dashboards & reports
- Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards
- Should have problem first mindset & should be high on ownership
