Partner Enablement Manager, Amazon

We’re looking for a result-oriented People Manager who is passionate managing a team serving advertising partners. As people Manager, you will be responsible for creating goals, managing their performance, analyzing need gap, formulating training plans, identifying top tiers and helping them to grow. This role is also responsible for improving productivity of business operations, ensuring team have knowledge of available resources and curriculum necessary to effectively support our advertising partners. In this role you are expected to scope out new projects/deliverables to address current blind spots by collaborating with internal stakeholder and identify team members to deliver on the project. You will be expected to be have effective communication skills both written and oral to collaborate with these leaders and execute programs. You are expected to look at current SOPs and guidelines and look at benchmarking them against similar advertising operations. You will be required to streamline them and automate them.
You will be part of a bigger team which has strong experience in advertising, risk mitigation and product development. You will get opportunity to work with L6+ leaders with strong domain expertise.
Key job responsibilities
1. Lead and supervise Operations team to execute existing advertising partner activities and develop scalable operations for new business services.
2. Create best practices through SOP creation and playbook enhancements to improve advertising partner experience and accelerate adoption of advertising products/solutions.
3. Proactively identify, deep dive, and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet performance and growth goals.
4. Collaborate with Program, Product, Risk, Legal teams to triage issues, track progress on program improvements, and create internal and external communications collateral.
5. Run and contribute to cadenced reporting and narrative (WBR, QBR) including identifying callouts, metric bridges, action items and are able to present them effectively to Director.
6. Make prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing external customer experience, business priorities, and resource constraints.
Facilitate network wide roll out of program and adoption of performance monitoring mechanisms with service providers.
Operate autonomously; drive multiple programs end-to-end including business goals, expansion plans, and supporting product launches.
Become a knowledgeable leader on Amazon Advertising solutions.
Deliver highest level of enablement /support through your team to our advertising partners.
Retain and grow talent in the team.
Improve throughput and productivity of the team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, science, operations
- 5+ years of managing teams
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Preferred QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA on operations
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 2+ years of digital advertising with focus on data analysis
