**Key Responsibilities**:
- Bid Identification: Identify relevant bidding opportunities aligned with the company s objectives.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive bid documentation ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client specifications.
- Submission: Manage the timely submission of bids, including coordination with stakeholders and addressing any queries.
- Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Compliance: Ensure bid submissions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.(B.COM, BBA)
- Proven experience in bid management or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of bidding processes, tender requirements, and contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
