Job Description: Channel Sales Executive - Real Estate (Fresher)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Channel Partner Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in the Chennai region.
- Assist in onboarding new channel partners and provide regular training and support to enhance their sales efforts.
- **Field Sales**:
- Actively engage in fieldwork to identify and nurture relationships with channel partners.
- Conduct meetings with channel partners and prospective buyers at their locations or project sites.
- **Sales Support**:
- Work with channel partners to promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and assist partners in closing deals.
- **Market Research**:
- Gather insights about customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends specific to the Chennai real estate sector.
- Share valuable feedback with the sales team to improve strategies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales-related documents, agreements, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and sales progress.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Other Requirements**:
- Must have a personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Comfortable with fieldwork across Chennai.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
