- Our sites are going on at Karjat, Bhor and Solapur and some sites are upcoming. The products for sale are : Studio Apartments, Row Houses, Open Plots and Residential Flat

We are looking for a Pre-sales Executives in our Real Estate Company.

Job Responsibilities
- Call on leads generated by internal/external resources
- Convincing prospects to visit the site by sharing project information
- Manage relationships with interested clients until the deal closed
- Explain site information and answer questions about site
- Line up site visits and follow up with clients.
- Lead generation & management
- Ensure follow-up of leads
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Desired Skill Set
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of Real estate Industry minimum of 2years into Outbound calling
- Proven sales ability and convincing power
- Good communication skills and fluency in English is must
- Open for learning
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
