Position Overview :
As a Presales Engineer for our AI products, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and client needs. You will work closely with the sales team and clients to understand requirements, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and ensure the successful implementation of our AI solutions. Your technical expertise and communication skills will be essential in driving customer success and achieving sales objectives.

Exp : 2 to 4 Year
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients and opportunities.
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value and capabilities of our AI solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, including solution designs, technical documentation, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Address and resolve technical questions and concerns from clients during the sales process.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements.
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral, including white papers, case studies, and technical presentations.
- Support the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in AI technology to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Hands-on Experience on Presales PPT Presentation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI/ML are a plus.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a presale engineering role, specifically within the AI or technology domain.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Proven experience in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about client requirements and solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with technical writing and the creation of sales and marketing materials.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for technology and innovation.
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with major AI platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications is advantageous.
