**Responsibilities**:

- **
Outbound Sales Calls**:Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to B2B clients in the hotel and hospitality sector to introduce products, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions
- ** Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the product offerings and hospitality-related items, to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients. (Training will be provided)
- ** Customer Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- ** Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
- ** Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving for sales growth and revenue generation.
- ** Sales Collateral**: Create and maintain sales collateral, such as brochures, product catalogs, and presentations, to support sales efforts.
- ** Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales calls, and sales progress using CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with presentation software (e.g., Google workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex information concisely.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
